1. Agreement
By using the piercingsai.com website or the PiercingAI iOS app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
PiercingAI generates AI previews of piercings on photos you provide and publishes editorial guides and tools. Previews are visualizations, not professional advice — placement feasibility, sterile technique, and aftercare must be assessed by a professional piercer.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to photos you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process them and deliver your previews. Upload only photos you have the right to use, and never upload photos of another person without their permission.
4. Subscriptions
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings; refunds follow Apple's App Store policies.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to create deceptive, harassing, or unlawful content, to violate anyone's privacy or likeness rights, or to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
6. Disclaimers
Editorial content (pain levels, healing times, costs) reflects typical experiences at reputable studios and is provided for information only — it is not medical advice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
